"Had a great and pleasing experience with Devin Grega at State Farm yesterday with follow up today. Got an email stating that my mthly. car insurance auto pay didn't go through. Called and got Devin who told me to contact my bank. After chkg. with the bank, they didn't see that they tried and everything is fine. Called Devin back and he told me he'll reprocess the next day. This morning he called as he processed my payment smoothly. He then went through and verified everything in my profile. Their system keeps reverting back to my maiden name- he corrected it. He got rid of my old landline ph#, etc.-very thorough and respectful and took time answering all my questions ... very relatable. Great people skills and easy to talk to.
